Our Story
Founded in 2004, Outdoor Design Group (ODG) has a proven track record of success in designing resorts, master-planned communities, parks, streetscapes, and retail centers.
In 2010, ODG joined forces with Bud Surles, a 45-year veteran of the parks, recreation, and outdoor hospitality industry, and Amie Mersmann. With their combined expertise, they planned and developed over 100 acclaimed resorts, state parks, and RV parks worldwide.
